One of two new panel-mount navigators, the 150XL merges the industry's most popular VFR GPS navigator--the GPS 150--with state-of-the-art moving map graphics. The display LCD is more than four times as many pixels as competitors' panel-mount products, allowing SUAs to actually appear as curved rings and making alphanumeric characters more easily distinguishable. The GPS 150XL and the GNC 250XL also employ powerful 12-channel GPS receivers, making them the first VFR panel-mounted units in the marketplace to use the patented PhaseTrac12 GPS engine.
